How long does the shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders processing.
- USA: 6-10 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8-15 business days

How do I track my order?

Either enter your order number and email into the field, or enter your tracking number into the field. If your tracking is not updated, please give it 2-4 days.
When will my tracking be updated?
Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
30 day return policy, you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one.
I received the wrong size, what do I do?
Ship it back to us, send us the tracking information, once the tracking updates we will send you a new one.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?
No worries! Simply contact us with photos of the damaged item and we'll either send you a free replacement or provide a full refund - your choice.
