Refund policy
Order Cancellation Policy: Orders are processed swiftly, usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, email us at info@woojiko.com within this time frame. Orders cannot be canceled after this period as they are already being prepared for shipment.
Return Policy: We strive to make returns easy, but we only accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping costs for:
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage upon receipt.
- Products sent incorrectly by us (wrong item or wrong size sent).
For damaged or incorrect items, please send a photo/video to info@woojiko.com within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- The product doesn’t meet expectations.
- The item doesn't fit (incorrect size ordered).
- Simply wanting a different product or return.
